Due to overall demand, we are unable to guarantee the availability of Spa day passes or Spa treatments on any specific day. We recommend making Spa Treatment reservations as you make your room reservation, to ensure the best selection and times.
SPA DAY PASSES
Spa day passes are offered Monday through Thursday beginning at 10:00 a.m. when available, for overnight resort guests only. Spa day passes cannot be purchased in advance, refunded or transferred. A Spa day pass grants access to Spa Pools and amenities on day of purchase only. All parties must be present and ready to enter the Spa upon purchase of a Spa day pass.
Spa day passes are not available Friday through Sunday, or on Holidays.
Spa treatments are exclusively available to overnight resort guests, Friday through Sunday, as well as holidays and are offered based on availability.
The Spa is available for guests 18 years of age and older. Please be prepared to present an ID upon request.
Please contact our Sports Complex (ext. 1046) for extensive children’s programming, or our Concierge desk (ext. 7005) for child care services. While you are relaxing at The Spa, your child can enjoy fun-filled programs for children ages 5-12. Activities include swimming, arts and crafts, ping pong, pool, racquet ball, tennis, video games and playground activities. Call (828) 252-2711, ext. 1046, to register.
We strongly recommend making your Spa Treatments when you make your room reservation. Weekend appointments should be booked three (3) to four (4) months in advance. Friday through Sunday, Spa Treatments are reserved for overnight resort guests only. Please inform your reservations representative if you are pregnant, nursing, under a physician’s care or have mobility difficulties.
As a courtesy to other guests and our staff, cancellations and time changes must be received at least 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid full cost.
Treatment pricing is set by day of the week as follows:
Inaugural Days: Monday - Thursday
Pinnacle Days: Friday - Sunday
During holiday and special event dates, Spa Treatments are offered at Pinnacle pricing and are reserved for overnight resort guests only.

If Spa day passes become available during any of these time periods, they will be reserved for overnight resort guests and will be offered at $200 each, not including a 22% service charge.
A 22% service charge is automatically added to your bill.
To protect the privacy of our guests, tours of the facility are not available. A viewing window is available for your convenience.
WHAT TO BRING
You will need to bring your swimsuit and sunglasses for our pool areas, as well as workout gear for The Spa fitness room. Robes, slippers and towels are provided for all guests. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to The Spa, as we cannot guarantee the security of these items. Please be sure to bring your favorite book, magazine or journal as The Spa is a completely electronics free environment, which does include any and all e-readers.
The Spa is a completely electronics free environment. Please leave all electronics, including cell phones, cameras, iPads, e-readers, in your room or locker throughout your visit to The Spa. There are no exceptions to this policy. We also ask that you speak softly or simply enjoy the silence. The Spa is a non-smoking facility and outside food and beverage is not permitted. Thank you for partnering with us to create the most healing, restorative and relaxing experience possible.
We recommend that you arrive a minimum of one hour prior to your first treatment. The exception is for 8:30 a.m. appointments, for which you should arrive by 8:00 a.m. Arriving late may result in a shortened service. Upon arrival to The Spa, you will be asked to complete a brief health form to assist Spa service providers in providing the best treatment experience possible and to ensure your safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your Spa experience.

THE SPA CAFÉ
Located adjacent to The Spa’s main entrance, The Spa Café is open for breakfast and lunch daily. Guests may dine either in The Spa Café or by the outdoor water feature in their robes. Outdoor pool service is available, weather permitting. Menu offerings include a delicious variety of refreshing fruit smoothies, fresh juices, artisan salads, specialty sandwiches and other tasty items to enjoy.
