At various times there may be changes in hours or service protocols related to our valet, housekeeping, dining and other facilities on property. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and to help you plan accordingly, below is what you can expect during your stay with us:

State Ordinances
Effective March 5, 2022, the City of Boston no longer requires wearing face masks in indoor settings.
However, masks must continue to be worn on public transportation and at businesses that elect to require them.

Cancellation Policy
For information on our cancellation policies, review the rate rules and details when shopping packages and rates online.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
During your stay, we will provide housekeeping services automatically every day unless you let us know not to disturb you.
Guests can still request items such as pillows, towels, blankets, plastic/paper cups, bathroom amenities, etc.

The guest arrival journey will provide a limited touch check-in process.
Parking & Transportation
As of July 8th, 2021, full valet parking services will be available at the hotel, 24/7.
Guests may also self-park their vehicle at discounted rates at the nearby Pi Alley Garage  
275 Washington Street here in Boston. You can reserve a space and receive special rates  
that can include in-and-out privileges. From your phone, go to www.pialleygarage.com and click on the “Hotel Parking” button.

Our new “School Street Coffeehouse” located on the lobby level features Starbucks coffee, a wide variety of grab and
go hot and cold food items, fresh orange juice, sodas, bottled water and a huge selection of Boston-themed gifts, 
souvenirs and logoed apparel. Plus, you can purchase individual Boston Cream Pies and copies of the Parker House
history book, “Heaven, by Hotel Standards”.
