Our Rooftop Ballroom, exclusively situated on the 15th floor, features a gracefully arched ceiling, crystal chandeliers and spectacular panoramic views of Boston. The charming ambience of this room will make your guest feel as if they are part of a bygone era. Coupled with the ballroom is the Wheatley Terrace, which is ideal for a cocktail hour and provides outdoor space. The ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests for a plated dinner and dancing.

Guests may book rooms through a customized landing page.
All weddings are prepaid. When signing a wedding contract a $5,000 payment is required. Nine months prior to the wedding 25% of your required minimum expenditure is due. Six months prior to the wedding 50% of your required minimum expenditure is due. Three months prior to the wedding 75% of your required minimum expenditure is due. All four of these payments may be made on a credit card, or personal check. The final payment is due in full 7-days prior to the Wedding in the form of a certified check. There will be no exceptions for the final payment method.
Outside food and beverage is not allowed in the hotel.
The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates. Associates conduct daily health screening, including temperature checks, frequent sanitation of all associate common areas, thorough re-training on proper hygiene and best practices, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
