McGill University : Faculty, Staff & Corporate Visitor Rate

Please reserve rooms at the McGill corporate rate via the booking link below. No credit card is required at time of booking. Please enter your own email address in the in contact details section. You will receive a confirmation email with all stay details, as well as the confirmation number.

• All faculties have direct bill privileges at the hotel for their placed reservations.
• McGill University will only reimburse stays in deluxe rooms. Upgraded rooms are not approved.
• Please communicate to the McGill Director of Credit (Joe di Pasquale) via email or fax which charges should be invoiced to the department. (For example: “room & tax”, or “room, tax & breakfast”, etc.)
• Send the completed purchase order to [email protected] in order to establish the correct billing set-up at the hotel.
• Reference the room confirmation number and guest name in the subject line of the email.
• Guests will be asked for a credit card to guarantee incidental charges, at time of check-in.
