Riddle joined the Omni William Penn Hotel following turns for Galt House Hotel and Suites and Masterpiece Creations/Center Plate, in Louisville, Kentucky; as well as Hyatt, Wyndham and Sheraton Hotels in the Washington, D.C. and Virginia markets. A dynamic hospitality veteran with years of experience and a proven track record of professional success in providing superior culinary service, Riddle oversees the hotel’s restaurant and banquet kitchens which serve hundreds of successful events each year. Riddle brings with him years of experience in project development and event related work with groups like Mint Jubilee Celebrity Derby Gala, Churchill Downs Press Party and numerous functions for 10,000+ guests, including Democratic National Convention.
Riddle studied Culinary Arts at the National Center for Hospitality Studies at Sullivan College.
