Our goal is to make fitness both valuable and fun for all our guests. Omni La Costa’s Athletic Club offers a wide variety of classes, state-of-the-art athletic equipment and personal trainers for our guests to use. Come join the fun at Omni La Costa and get fit.

Choose from a variety of fitness classes from body sculpting, spin classes, Zumba and much more. Or let us customize your workout with a personal trainer. Yoga, Pilates and stretch classes are also available.

This class provides low impact exercise beneficial to those with joint issues, utilizing water as resistance.
A full body workout combining cardiovascular interval training with strength conditioning exercises. This class utilizes a variety of equipment to provide challenge to multiple muscle groups.
A total body workout designed to improve muscle tone as well as cardiovascular strength. Emphasis is on good form and proper movement utilizing light weights and moderate resistance.
Cross-training through various stations, using a variety of equipment and exercises to challenge muscles and increase cardiovascular strength.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
A rigorous full-body workout featuring interval training with high-intensity exercises to build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.
