Uptown Sedona, located off Highway 89A, is full of new age shops, spas and art galleries. On the town's outskirts, numerous trailheads access Red Rock State Park, offering bird-watching, hiking and picnicking.
Regarded by Native Americans as sacred, Sedona continues to be recognized as a place of healing and spiritual awakening.
