AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
To reserve a room and check in to our property, you must be at least 18 years of age. Photo ID is required at check-in.
A “child” is any individual who is 17 years of age or younger.
CASH PAYING GUESTS
A credit card is required to reserve a room. Guests wishing to pay for their stay with cash will need to pay for their stay in full, plus a $100 per day incidental deposit at the time of check-in.
DEBIT/CREDIT CARD POLICY
The use of a credit or debit card will initiate, at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from your bank account for your room rate, inclusive of tax, for all room nights plus $75 per night for incidentals. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon the business rules of your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer for your bank to process this back to your account. For guests who prefer to pay cash, full payment is due at time of check-in, including a $100 per night deposit for incidentals.
PAYING FOR ANOTHER GUEST’S ROOM
The name on the credit card must match the guest checking into the hotel. If the credit card that will be used for payment will not be physically present at check in or the credit card holder will not staying at the hotel, please submit an online credit card authorization form by visiting omnionlinepayment.com prior to arrival.
Omni Shoreham Hotel is a pet-friendly hotel. Guests must have a valid credit card on their reservation. The weight of the pet is not to exceed 25 lbs. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 will be charged per stay per room (not per pet) as well as a $75 nightly incidental deposit. Up to two pets are allowed per guest room. If a guest plans to have two or more animals in the room the guest must contact the hotel directly to discuss. Only dogs and cats are allowed. Extreme or wild animals are not authorized. In the event a dog begins to bark or is the cause of guest complaints, the guest will be asked to remove the pet. At no time shall a pet be left unattended. Additionally, the pet must be placed in a carrier when housekeeping, mini-bar staff or engineering enters the room. The guest will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage caused by the pet. Service animals protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are exempt from the pet policy – there is no weight limit or pet fee.
GOOD NIGHT’S REST POLICY
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, the hotel enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy. Only registered guests are permitted to enter guest room elevators or guest rooms after 10:30 p.m. All guests must be registered at check-in. If a disturbance is created as a result of a party or noise from a guest room, all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel, without a refund.
The hotel is 100 percent non-smoking. The smoking fee is $250.
PACKAGE DELIVERY POLICY
Omni Shoreham Hotel accepts packages on behalf of guests. All packages sent to the hotel will incur a handling charge based upon the weight.

$15 for 11-20 lbs
$30 for 21-40 lbs
$50 for 41-60 lbs
$70 for 61-100 lbs
$120 for 101-120 lbs
$325 for pallet
Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk. Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence. If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages - which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Omni’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.
