Monthly Sprouting Project Dinners
Guests will enjoy an intimate southern-inspired true farm-to-table dinner at The Sprouting Project, our culinary team’s answer to hyper-local sustainability. The dinner includes a tour of the resort's state-of-the-art aquaponic greenhouse, expansive organic garden and large collection of beehives while enjoying passed bites and harvest inspired cocktails, all before a five-course chef inspired dinner that incorporates items gathered directly from The Sprouting Project. This monthly event will showcase both the creativity and culture of our chefs in a lush, outdoor setting.
The evening will kick off with cocktails and light bites at 6 p.m. followed by a five-course dinner at 6:30 p.m. Seating is limited.

BILLIE JEAN KING CUP QUALIFIER

LITTLE SANDY
Little Sandy features 10 holes nestled around Red Maple Lake, ranging from 30 to 125 yards, and an 18-hole putting course. Playing through a picturesque lowland oak marsh habitat, Omni Amelia Island Resort’s new short course provides a traditional, yet fun-focused golf experience for all ages and abilities.
The course offers an idyllic setting as nearly all holes are played along Red Maple Lake’s water that contrast sandy native grass areas, dunes, and diverse wildlife habitat.
This is a walking course (no golf carts). Walk-ins only, no reservations.
Little Sandy is not available to property owners and residents in Club designated areas, south of the Fernandina Beach Airport and Bill Melton Road, and including Amelia Island Plantation, Summer Beach, Crane Island and Brady Point Preserve.

GOLF INSTRUCTION
We are proud to offer golf instruction led by our professional golf staff at the Oak Marsh golf clubhouse and practice facility. The program is designed to encourage a fun atmosphere of learning while giving you the proper tools to correct your swing flaws. More importantly, you’ll be able to self-correct by understanding how your swing causes certain ball flights. We will assist you in developing practice and play habits that will serve you well for the rest of your golfing career. You will receive lessons that are tailored to your individual needs. For more amateur players, we have a plan to help you enjoy the learning of the fundamentals in order to instill excitement instead of awkwardness when venturing out on the golf course. Private, group and junior playing lessons are offered.
