Bedford Bath Ritual

Today, guests can indulge in the Bedford Bath Ritual featuring an aromatic steam, mineral deluge, whirlpool and cool plunge, then leave feeling rejuvenated with muscles relaxed.

Guests may purchase a Bedford Bath Ritual without having a treatment booked. Spa reserves the right to deny access to the Bedford Baths on any day of the week should occupancy begin to interfere with guest experience. Most weekends are excluded.
The Bedford Bath Ritual is complementary when booking spa treatments only on the day of the treatment. No separate reservation for the use of the Bedford Bath Ritual is needed when a service is purchased. The bath areas are not co-ed and are separated by male and female, each located right off their respective locker rooms.
Steps to Enjoy the Bedford Bath Ritual:
- Step into the mineral deluge shower and apply our signature body scrub.
- After a thorough exfoliation, rinse with an exhilarating deluge and spray from the unique shower system.
- Wrap yourself in a towel and step into the aroma steam room. Relax and breathe in our aromatic therapeutic steam for approximately 7-10 minutes.
- Step back into the mineral deluge shower for a cool rinse to lower your body temperature.
- Soak in the hot mineral pool. Soak up to 10 minutes with the jets massaging the feet, back and shoulders.
- Dip into the cool mineral pool and soak for up to three minutes for optimal therapeutic effect.
- Spray your body with our hydrating aroma mist. The misters are located along the bath house wall.
Please allow yourself 1 hour to fully enjoy this experience. Remember to bring along your swimsuit. A robe and sandals will be provided for your use. Guests must be 18 or older to use the Bedford Baths.
