To ensure the best selection of spa services and availability, we highly recommend that you make your spa reservations six to eight weeks in advance. A credit card is needed to secure the spa reservation. We have both male and female service providers, and you will be scheduled with either unless you state your preference.
Should you need to make any changes to your service, please call our reservations line directly. In an effort to facilitate social distancing at the Spa Front Desk, all services must be booked and adjusted in advance via phone.
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation guidelines. If you must cancel or change your spa reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged full value of the service. No-shows will be charged in full. Any service changes requested with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a $50.00 change fee.
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
Please arrive to Springs Eternal Spa free of jewelry and no earlier than one hour prior to the start time of your treatment. If you are arriving to enjoy the Bedford Bath Ritual, please arrive no earlier than five minutes prior to your scheduled time. Once all intake information is confirmed, our team will escort you to our changing room for you to change into our luxury spa robe and sandals before your treatment. Should you wish to partake in the Bedford Bath Ritual, a separate appointment time of one-hour must be reserved. There is no additional charge for our Bedford Bath Ritual if you schedule on the same day as your spa treatment.
Please bear in mind that arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. To ensure our team has ample time to effectively sanitize our treatment areas and locker rooms, treatments and the scheduled Bath Rituals will end at their scheduled time. Arriving late will still result in our charging the full value of your treatment.
Guests who have high blood pressure or heart conditions, or any other medical complications, are advised to consult with their physicians prior to reserving any spa appointments. Please make your service provider aware of any medical condition. Expectant mothers may be restricted to specific types of treatment or receive modified treatments, depending on their stage of pregnancy. The CDC indicates the following conditions place people at higher risk for severe illness: chronic lung disease, asthma, heart conditions, compromised immunities, diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, and those 65 years of age or older. By scheduling your spa service, you have chosen to receive close contact service with full knowledge of the risk of contracting COVID-19.
For the optimal spa experience for all of our guests, we respectfully ask that you leave cell phones turned off while in the spa. The Relaxation Lounge is a “Spa Tone Only” zone; please be considerate of other guests who are napping or relaxing before treatments. Bathing suits are required in the Bedford Bath Ritual area. The Springs Eternal Spa and Spa Garden are smoke-free environments.

Our signature body care line has been designed using the ancient art of aromatherapy, naturopathy, and botanicals indigenous to the mountains around Bedford. We use only the purest ingredients with botanical product recommendations from our Spa Boutique, so you can take the spa experience home and continue to feel the benefits of your treatment. Shipping is available for your selections. Returns are not permitted at this time.
Gratuities are not included in the price of the services but are greatly appreciated by service providers and support staff. A customary service charge is 20%, but is completely at the discretion of the spa guest. Should you wish to leave an additional gratuity for your provider, you may do so in the form of card or room charge. Cash is not accepted at this time.
REFUNDS, CHECK-OUT & PAYMENTS
All spa treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable once purchased. We accept all major credit cards. For your convenience, hotel guests may bill their spa charges to their guest room. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Guests of the Springs Eternal Spa must be at least 18 years of age. For the protection of our guests and our team, we reserve the right to decline treatment if signs of illness or any impairments appear to be present when you arrive for your scheduled service. Expectant mothers must be in their second or third trimester to receive treatment.
Springs Eternal Spa does not provide child care service. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian, and cannot be left unsupervised in the spa lobby area.
