- Experience our signature entrée, Boston Baked Schrod, at Parker’s Restaurant, where the term “schrod” was originally coined to mean the freshest white fish of the day, typically haddock or cod.
- Visit our historical gallery on the lower lobby level to learn how in 1893 the Parker House became one of the first farm-to-table establishments, see the door to Charles Dickens suite, and Parker House money created during the Great Depression.
