A. The tour will take approximately 2.5 hours. This includes check-in, orientation and transport to the top of the course.
A. Everyone has some fear of heights and each person must determine whether the Ridge Runner Zip Line Canopy Tour is something they will find enjoyable. Many people with a fear of heights still enjoy zip rides as there is always a sense of security. You will be double clipped into a two-cable system at all times. Our guides are true professionals and have gone through extensive training on course management and safety. They will help you through every step and provide you with the support you need to make this a fun and exhilarating experience.
A. Our highest platform is approximately 79 feet off the ground. In addition, there will be places where you will be zipping at least 65 feet off the forest floor.
A. We cannot operate the Ridge Runner Zip Line Canopy Tour in high winds, extreme cold, icy conditions, or when there is lightning activity in the area. If we need to reschedule your tour, we will contact you ahead of time if possible so you can reschedule.
A. The Ridge Runner Zip Line Canopy Tour will consist of two guides and up to a total of eight participants. In order to ensure your friends or family stay together in one tour, be sure to book together at the same date and time. If you need special arrangements, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
A. You will have the opportunity to use the restrooms at the Mountain Lodge prior to the start of your experience.
A. You will need to arrive promptly at your scheduled start time. If you have not checked in before departure, your space will be given to another participant.
A.The Ridge Runner Zip Line Canopy Tour will start at the Mountain Lodge. Resort guests may take a shuttle from the front of the hotel, while non-resort guests are welcome to drive directly to the Mountain Lodge.
