The Omni Homestead Resort is nestled in the Allegheny Mountains and is known for its southern hospitality and charm. Our luxury resort has been designated a National Historic Landmark and makes up most of the city of Hot Springs, Virginia. Transportation Service to and from the Roanoke Regional Airport can be arranged by calling The Omni Homestead Resort Guest Experience Center at (540) 839-7760. Fees apply and a two-week advanced reservation is required. If transportation is needed within two weeks of your arrival or departure, please call The Omni Homestead Resort Transportation Department directly at (540) 839-7711.
Registered resort pet guests are welcome at The Omni Homestead. Pet rooms are limited and are based on availability. Two dogs up to 60 lbs. each may be registered to a room, if a valid credit card is on file. Please note that our pet policy extends only to dogs. Other pets, including extreme or wild animals, are not allowed. Each room with a dog(s) will be charged a one-time non-refundable fee of $200. There will also be a per night fee of $50 per dog. The pet may not be left alone in the room for extended periods of time. In the event that your pet is the cause of guest noise complaints, you will be asked to remove the pet and may be liable for financial compensation to those guests disturbed. Dogs are not permitted in the Great Hall, dining outlets, retail shops, spa, pool areas, or along the Cascades Gorge. Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from our pet policy. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort and companionship do not qualify from this exemption under ADA guidelines. For your convenience, we have designated a selection of guest rooms to accommodate you and your dog. To ensure your pet is registered and that you have a pet-friendly accommodation, please contact a front office manager at (540) 839-7755.
Please note that only registered resort dogs are permitted on property. To signify that your dog has been properly registered, we will provide a red ribbon which is to be tied to the dog’s leash. This ribbon must be visible at all times throughout your stay. A fine of $500 will be assessed to the owner of any dog not registered with the resort.
For guests with service animals, we will provide a gold ribbon. This ribbon is for your convenience and will discreetly indicate to our associates that your animal is a service animal and that there is no reason to inquire about the animal's presence. While this is not a requirement, we ask that the gold ribbon be visible when in public areas.
