With a fine collection of wines by the glass, specialty vodka or gin, handcrafted cocktails and a variety of small plates, Presidents Lounge caters to your before and after dinner plans. Looking out across the cityscape of downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains, you can relax as the sunset paints the sky. The Presidents Lounge is located just past the Heritage Ballroom in the Sammons Wing.

Parking Rates

December 1, 2024, through January 5, 2025 parking rates will be as follows:
Valet Parking: $40 for overnight guests and day parking
Self Parking: $30 for overnight guests and day parking

January 6, 2025, through September 30, 2025 parking rates will be as follows:
Valet Parking: $40 for overnight guests and day parking
Self Parking: $30 for overnight guests and day parking. First hour for day parking is complimentary. After that, 1-3 hours is $14, 3-6 hours is $24, and 6-24 hours is $30.

Oversized vehicle parking is limited and will be subject to availability. Advance reservations required.
