Asheville Spa Pools

The Spa at Omni Grove Park Inn

Access to the Spa pools can only be acquired through the booking of any Spa Treatment or the purchase of a Spa Day Pass.

Relaxation Pool

This highly recognized pool maintains water temperatures of 86-88 degrees. Guests are encouraged to drift in the comforting warmth of the water, indulging in the serenity of underwater melodies. Look up through the skylights, built directly overhead and you will have the sensation of floating in the heavens.

Lap Pool

For those who prefer a cooler experience, the lap pool features temperatures of 82-84 degrees. Similar to the Relaxation Pool, guests are invited to float back and listen to the calming underwater music while enjoying an opposite view from the Relaxation Pool. Created using 6,500 fiber optic lights imbedded in the rock above, these lights mimic the beautiful North Carolina night skies.

Waterfall Pools

These two vitality pools were inspired by the many natural waterfalls nestled among the mountains of Western North Carolina. Enjoy 101-103 degree water and stand below one of two waterfalls as 200 gallons of water per minute massage your head, neck, back and arms.

Outdoor Hot Tub

Relax in our Outdoor Pool, surrounded by impeccable views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and enjoy the warm 101-103 degree water and featured jets. Indulge in the experience with poolside Spa Cafe service, available only on the Outdoor Pool deck.

Contrast Pools

Hot and cold immersion therapy are wonderful for the body and are accentuated with our men’s and women’s contrast pools. The outer pool is heated to approximately 101-103 degrees and the small circular pool is cooled to around 64 degrees. Heal your body going back and forth between these pools. Try switching it up by spending some time in our eucalyptus infused steam room and our 150-160 dry sauna following the cold contrast pool.
