Virginia fine dining
The Dining Room offers a classic dining experience with a refined continental cuisine influenced by regional tastes and The Omni Homestead Resort’s culinary heritage. The menu selections in this time-honored style favor crisp, clean flavors prepared in layers that reflect the nature and quality of the fresh ingredients from the resort’s natural surroundings. Seasonal dishes include vine-ripe heirloom tomatoes and burrata cheese, Highland county lamb, freshly prepared lobster bisque, Virginian grass-fed beef, Allegheny mountain trout and Chesapeake crab, as well as favorites like our gold brick sundae.
Advance reservations for dinner are strongly recommended.

Dinner: Business casual attire to include collared shirt and casual slacks or denim. No caps/hats, shorts, cutoffs, tank tops, t-shirts or pool attire.*
Dress code applies to children 12 and older.
*Please note: Our business casual dress code is in effect until December 21, 2018, with the exception of November 19 – 25. During these dates, the dress code will be business formal attire to include jacket and collared shirts for gentlemen and dress or dress pants suites for ladies. No shorts or denim permitted. Ladies and gentlemen are asked to remove caps/hats when entering the Dining Room.
Payment for all resort charges, such as dining, shop purchases and activity fees, will be to your guest room folio or credit card. The Omni Homestead Resort's restaurants, bars, retails shops and amenities, with the exception of Martha's Market and Kober's, will no longer accept cash.
Starting June 15, we will give a complimentary s’mores kit to each table with reservations at 5:30 p.m., 5:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (1 kit per table).
