The menu selections in this time-honored style favor crisp, clean flavors prepared in layers that reflect the nature and quality of the fresh ingredients from the resort’s natural surroundings. Seasonal dishes include vine-ripe heirloom tomatoes and burrata cheese, Highland county lamb, freshly prepared lobster bisque, Virginian grass-fed beef, Allegheny mountain trout and Chesapeake crab, as well as favorites like our gold brick sundae.
