Guest Rooms

Beginning February 2023 | The 483 renovated guest rooms are designed to be delightful and restful. Each wing will feature a distinct color palette that flows from the corridors into the rooms highlighting exquisite floral patterns along with uniquely Homestead décor.

Great Hall

Reopened March 2023 | At the heart of The Omni Homestead is the timeless, traditional and charming Great Hall. The custom-designed carpet, a nod to the flora and fauna of the Allegheny Mountains, is accented with the trim of classic hardwood floors. Elegant up lighting enhances the ambiance.

Meeting rooms

Beginning March 2023 | Each of the resort’s 28 meeting rooms will be refreshed with a focus on architectural details and advanced functionality. Improvements like lighting fixtures, new carpeting and refinished hardwood floors, will create sophisticated meetings and events spaces.

Theater

Coming September 2023 | The theater will receive a modern update with the viewing area converted from theater seats to sofa settees, lounge chairs and side tables ideal for a variety of events. New AV technology will transform the projection booth into an elegant cocktail bar.

Pioneer Picnic

Coming September 2023 | Located in the Casino building, Pioneer Picnic provides a new, fast-casual, family-friendly dining experience that honors the region's cuisine. The wrap-around porch and grand lawn invite guests to dine outside, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views.

Martha’s Market

Reopened February 2023 | Sunny, light and bright describe the new bistro-style look and feel of Martha’s Market, the resort’s popular, all-day outlet. Coffees, snacks, sandwiches and an ice cream display will have an improved design which flows seamlessly into the Washington Library.

Lobby Bar

Coming late July 2023 | Home to a stunning portrait collection of the resort’s presidential guests, the Lobby Bar expands into the Georgian Room. The bourbon and brandy color palette creates a distinguished setting for enjoying top tier spirits, fine wines and even a game of pool.

Upcoming Spaces Renovations

Each of the resort’s 28 meeting rooms will be refreshed with a focus on architectural details and advanced functionality. Improvements from lighting fixtures and acoustic ceiling tiles to new carpeting and refinished hardwood floors will create a light, sophisticated retreat for meetings and events.

Crystal Room

The iconic sparkling crystal chandeliers are accented by graceful golden hues and exquisite custom carpet with floral accents, creating a setting that is as beautiful as it is inspiring.

Empire Room

Elegant draperies accentuate the historic architecture and welcome natural light while the original wall sconces enhance the room’s décor which beautifully complements the colors and design of the adjacent Crystal Room.

Regency Ballroom

This spacious and flexible space is completely transformed, from the decorative blue carpeting with flourishes of yellow to the patterned wallcoverings and backlit faux clerestory windows which evoke a sense of natural light.

Grand Ballroom

The breathtaking grandeur of this expansive, multi-functional space is refreshed with shades of blue, textured wallcoverings and enhanced lighting for business meetings to banquets.

Event Pavilion

Sweeping views of the resort and surrounding mountains, visible through the full height operable window walls enhance the indoor/outdoor experience, perfect for making memories. The neutral interior palette evokes a sense of casual elegance and tradition.

Warm Springs Pools

Now open

Guests may once again "take the waters” at the historic Warm Springs Pools. The bathhouses reopened on Saturday, December 17, following the completion of a 14-month, $4 million rehabilitation by Lionberger Construction of Roanoke, Virginia. The Richmond-based architectural firm 3North used the comprehensive 2016 Historic Structures Report as a guide to preserve these iconic structures, while working closely with Omni Hotels & Resorts and the Virginia Department of Historic Resources.

Gentlemen's Bathhouse

The original octagonal stone basin was probably built in the 1760s, but it was not covered until the mid-1820s.

Warm Spring Pools

This project is a rehabilitation: altering or adding to a historic property while retaining it's historic character.

Ladies’ Bathhouse

Built in the mid-1870s, the 22-sided central portion stands on a circular stone wall that encloses the spring and pool.
