Family Fun

Family Fall Fest $
Celebrate the season with the whole family on the East Lawn. Hearty fall favorites like warm pretzels and brats will be available for purchase along with Virginia wine, beer and warm cider. Families will enjoy live music and games.

Children’s Halloween Tote Painting Craft R | $
Children will paint or color a Halloween tote bag. Play clothes are recommended. Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. $20 per tote bag.

Waterfall Wellness Walk R | $
A new twist on your morning fitness routine. Sign up for this brisk fitness walk along the Cascades Stream. Guests will set their own pace as they enjoy a breathtaking 1.8-mile walk that crosses 12 different waterfalls. $28 adults, $9 children.

Children’s Ceramic Fall Painting Craft R | $
Children will paint their own ceramic Fall keepsake. Play clothes are recommended. Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. $20 per piece.

S’mores Express R | $
Board our tractor-driven wagon for a trip through our wooded trails to the Equestrian Center for s’mores. Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. $29 per adult, $25 children 15 & under.

Private S’mores Express rides are also available.

Cookie Decorating R | $
Decorate festive fall cookies with colored icing and candies. The best part is the final masterpiece is entirely edible. $30 per kit, including a glass of bubbly for parents.

Explore more than 250 years of history in a place that presidents and digitaries have visited and enjoyed.

Bring a partner and enjoy a friendly cornhole competition.

Short Game Golf Clinic - R | $
Join us for a clinic covering all the aspects of the short game. $65 per person.

Hand Led Horse Rides - R | $
An introduction to the joys of horseback riding in a comfortable, controlled setting at our Equestrian Center. $45 per child, under 4’6”.

Brews & Views - R | $
Board our tractor-driven wagon for a trip through our wooded trails and along our private roadways to experience some of our best views on property while enjoying a cold beverage. Must be 21 or older. $45 per person. Check in at Allegheny Outfitters and collect your drink voucher, then stop by Martha’s Market to make your beverage selection.

Feather Painting - R | $
Learn the art of painting feathers, a tradition dating back to the 1600s when Aztec Indians and explorers used feathers to document their journeys and stories. Our instructor, renowned for his exquisite feather paintings, will offer guidance and expertise as you create your own masterpiece. $25 per person.

Sound Float - R | $
A total body immersion with different sounds, such as gongs, chimes, and singing bowls, as you enjoy the soothing waters of the Warm Springs Pools. The sounds vibrate and leave you feeling totally cleansed from the inside out.

Culinary Experiences

Fall Cocktails and S'mores - $
Treats for both adults and kids are available as you bask in the autumn air. Grown ups can enjoy a S’mores-tini or Pumpkin-tini while the nondrinking set will have hot apple cider and of course s’mores available.

Living Legends of Virginia Wine: Lucie Morton - R | $
Enjoy a delicious five-course dinner accompanied by wines hand selected by Living Legend of Virginia Wine Lucie Morton. Lucie is one of the world’s foremost ampelographers, which is the science of identifying grapes by examining their leaf structures. Her awards and recognition for her work are many, and in her latest adventure, she will be playing herself as “the Grape Sleuth” in the film “Odyssey of Forbidden Wines – exile and return of American grapes.” Must be 21 or older. $140 per person.

Formal Afternoon Tea - R | $
Enjoy a selection of savory tea sandwiches, scones and sweets while sipping on tea or sparkling wine in the American Audubon Dining Room.
$55 per person.

Fall Cocktail Mixology - R | $
Join our mixologist and be hands on for a class crafting your own beverages perfect for the Fall season. Must be 21 or older. $65 per person.
