Winter Itinerary

3:00 p.m. | Welcome to The Omni Homestead Resort! While you wait to check into your room, stop by the Southern Social Hour in the Great Hall for tea, coffee and live music. This tradition, enjoyed by generations, is the perfect time to sit back and take in the majesty of The Homestead.

5:00 p.m. | It’s family time on The Homestead S'mores Express! Enjoy a unique view of the resort as a tractor takes you around the property. Finish up with s’mores at The Mountain Lodge.

6:30 p.m. | Enjoy dinner at Jefferson’s Bar for a casual dining experience featuring modern American grill fare.

8:00 p.m. | Bundle up for an evening of ice skating on the casino lawn. After, cozy up by the fire in the Great Hall.

9:00 p.m. | Visit the front desk to pick up a game from our game vault. With over 100 family-friendly games, you’re sure to find something everyone will enjoy!

Stop by Martha’s Market for a quick Homestead doughnut or healthy grab-and-go option before your first activity of the day.

9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. | Head to The Mountain Lodge to drop the little ones off at the Little Penguin School for their ski lesson.

10:00 a.m. | Enjoy your private ski lesson knowing the kids are in good hands.

12:00 p.m. | Take a break for lunch at Kober’s in the Mountain Lodge, featuring barbecue selections, then head back to the slopes.

3:00 p.m. | Pick the kids up for some family snow tubing at the Penguin Slides Tubing Park, perfect for all ages. After tubing, let the little ones take a whirl around on mini-snowmobiles, made just for them.

5:30 p.m. | Join us for a classic dining experience with inspired regional flavors. The Dining Room is the perfect way to end the day and experience Southern cuisine with live music in a fun, fancy atmosphere. You'll cherish the memories made in our unforgettable Dining Room.

7:00 p.m. | Sit back and relax in our historic movie theater showing family friendly movies.

9:00 a.m. | Start your day with our signature Art of Breakfast in The Dining Room where you will be able to customize omelets and waffles and choose from a wide variety of other southern fare. Don’t forget to try the world-class doughnuts!

10:00 a.m. | Meet at the Concierge desk for a history tour that will transport you back to 1766, when it all started.

12:00 p.m. | Dine on delicious food and enjoy excellent company at Woody's, our casual burger-centric venue for lunch and dinner. We offer delectable burgers with unique flavor combinations, brick oven pizzas and superb milkshakes.

2:00 p.m. | Hop on a shuttle to our Equestrian Center and say hello to the resort’s four-legged friends. Take a scenic carriage ride through the wooded trails while you cozy up and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

3:30 p.m. | Before dinner take a dip in the indoor pool or our popular heated outdoor pool at Allegheny Springs.

6:30 p.m. | Enjoy locally grown cuisine at Jefferson’s Restaurant and great night views of the Old Course and Casino lawn.

9:00 p.m. | Grab a s’mores kit from Jefferson’s Restaurant, Woody’s or the front desk and head out on the lawn for a relaxing evening around the fire.

9:00 a.m. | We’re sad to say it, but we’ve reached our last day of your stay. Before you leave, explore the resort’s unique shops and boutiques – from logo wear and sporting gear, to souvenirs and local fare, you’re sure to find the perfect reminder of your visit to Hot Springs.

11:00 a.m. | It’s time to say goodbye. On your way home, listen to our resort podcast, Beyond the Tower, which provides an insider’s look at the people and stories of our iconic resort. Then, start making plans for your next visit! Beyond the Tower is available on Apple podcasts, Spotify, Pandora and other apps.
