La Costa Honey

Our beehives are home to 60,000 bees that support honey production for our restaurants. They are located next to a beautiful garden full of herbs such as chives, basil and fennel that also garnish and season dishes at our restaurants. Because the bees use the pollen from these herbs, sometimes our honey tastes a little more peppery from the peppercorn trees or has hints of fennel flavors from the growing stalks. Next time you enjoy a dish like the Yogurt Parfait or Breakfast Salad at VUE, or dine in your room with the Artisanal Cheeses for Two, you’ll notice how fresh and unique our La Costa Honey is.

Bob’s Bar is the perfect setting for afternoon tea, cappuccino or evening wine and offers all your favorites, as well as great city views and people-watching.

Meritage

Open seven days a week. Breakfast is offered 6:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. daily and for brunch on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
